your second home, defined by the people within it

"You were invited because
someone believed you belong here."

The Story of Townhome

Everything you need to know, in one place.

Townhome isn't easy to describe in a sentence. This deck is the most honest introduction we know how to give: the vision, the space, the people, and what life as a founding member looks like.

Inside Your Home

Three floors, each with its own energy.

Second Level

Second Level

The heart of Townhome, designed for all-day use. A light-filled, full-width lounge with layered seating creates a space to work, meet, and unwind with ease. From focused work sessions to casual meetings and lingering conversations, it adapts naturally to the rhythm of the day.

Main Level

Main Level

The social center of Townhome. A full-service dining room, central bar, and intimate cafe anchor the floor, while a lounge and stage create space for evening programming, live music, and the kind of nights that start with one drink and end with a new friend.

The Lower Level

The Lower Level

Below street level, a grounded, quieter energy takes over. The lower level lounge anchors the space, designed for relaxed evenings and easy conversation, while the wellness studio hosts programming focused on movement, recovery, and intentional reset throughout the day. A place to slow down, settle in, and stay a while.

The Founding Team

Built with intention,
by people who mean it.

Townhome was born from a simple belief: that Austin's most interesting people deserve a place that was built for them.

Members as Stewards

You don't just join Townhome.
You help build it.

Each year, the founding cohort holds a select amount of nominations to extend consideration for membership. Townhome is intentionally limited, so we cannot promise every nominee will receive an invitation. We can promise every nominee will be genuinely considered.

Thoughtfulness

Nominations aren't open. Every person here was personally vouched for. That's what makes it feel different.

Selectivity

Founding member cohort receives 50 nominations per year collectively, chosen thoughtfully, not deployed automatically.

Co-Creation

The community is a living thing. Founding members have a voice in programming, culture, and the kind of place Townhome grows into.

Good Questions

Reasons to feel confident.

A few things people ask before they join.

We plan to be open morning until night, seven days per week.

While Townhome is not designed as a co-work, it'll be a great venue at which to take meetings, get some focused work done and take the occasional call. The coffee/matcha program will be top tier. We'll ask for laptops to be put away at a certain time each afternoon as the setting becomes more social.

Members can indicate their preferences surrounding privacy and connectivity. Some may prefer to let connections unfold organically, whilst others would like to take active introductions. It's your journey and we are here to support you.

Nova Hospitality's strict sourcing standards are in play — with no seed oils or refined sugars present in any recipes, and all animal proteins will be of a high standard: grass-fed, pasture-raised and sustainably-sourced. Additionally, the menus are designed to cater to everyday desires. Fresh, protein-centric, flavorful and seasonally appropriate.

Yes, if you love them then we will too.

Founding Members will have an opportunity to nominate someone that they believe adds meaningful value to the community. Membership at Townhome is by invitation-only, very limited and, for these reasons, we cannot promise that your nominees will receive an invitation. We can promise that your nominees will be considered.

Yes, up to three. Additional guests can be requested for certain circumstances. For some events, guests will need to purchase tickets.

Yes! We will have a mix of recurring and one-off programming at both our main "clubhouse" and LZR (our events venue) — not to mention our "around town" options. In addition to house-led programming, members will be invited to co-produce events with our team.

No, licensed venues in Texas cannot allow "corkage". Townhome, however, will work with you to ensure we stock just about anything you may like to drink — including non-alcoholic and THC options.

When we officially open doors to our main clubhouse.

It's worth a shot.
